I know you all know this; But I normally don't like to eat breakfast - but one great thing that's easy and fast is yogurt with granola! I've found myself eating this the last few days and this is also a great snack that can be just fulfilling! And add a little bit of your favorite fruit to add to the flavor!

I like to use Aurora's natural Pomegranate granola - with Strawberry yogurt.

Lets Get Started - Do it Right for 2011!

We all keep telling ourselves that  --- You should love your inner body! (no matter how you look) But sometimes that's not the case. On days that we are not happy, we would wake up in the morning, look at ourselves in the mirror and begin to pick out all the details that we don't like about our face and our body. Believe me, I am that person too. Although I don't fight with face acne or 10,000 other issues; I just don't have that much self esteem  motivation/energy. I feel FAT - overweight and for my height? yes, it is. Since college I have gained 20 pounds, not bad since it's been 2 years. I am very unhealthy, I would be very out of breathe just taking the stairs haha believe me!!! I need to change!!! My diet has not been strict/or much of a routine over the course of year. Yeah of course, I have no right to be even stating the obvious or complaining but where is my motivation?!

I'm not in a battle with my body - seeing that I love to eat good FOOD - but good FOOD is my LIFE! haha. I live to EAT! and live to love -- and love myself, life and friends/family. And that is exactly what I want to do. LOVE MYSELF -- and feel good about it too.

So!! Let's begin on this day on out on what I do to lose that 20 pounds and stick to that routine.

****(Some of you might say that that is nothing -- but for me it's everything. I want to be healthy and be in good shape; not changing myself to who I don't want to be).
